新乡市高校园区教育资源共享现状与对策

The Current Status and Countermeasures of Educational Resources Sharing in Xinxiang University Park

近年来河南省新乡市高校园区发展迅速,但园区内各院校的软硬件教学资源共享水平较低。调查发现,新乡市高校园区存在教育资源共享意识淡薄、共享形式单一、管理机制不统一、高校间的差异性不利于资源共享、高校利益之争阻碍了资源共享、共享的知识产权保护不健全等问题。在此基础上,提出了树立教育资源的开放共享意识、建立专门的协调和管理机构、倡导投资主体多元化、探索多形式深层次共享、健全知识产权制度等对策。

Recently Xinxiang University Park has developed rapidly. But the software and hardware resources sharing level has been low in every university and college of the Park. By an investigation,we found some problems,such as weak consciousness of educational resources sharing,simple sharing form,lack of unified management,differences of universities and interest competing existing among universities which hindering the sharing of resources,imperfect intellectual property protection and so on. On this basis,some suggestions were proposed,such as establishing a sense of open sharing of educational resources,setting a special agency of coordination and management,advocating the diversified investors,exploring deep sharing with multi- forms,and perfecting the intellectual property system,and so on.
