教育公平视野下高校贫困生教育模式探析

An Analysis on the Pattern of Education for Students from Poor Families in Universities and Colleges from the Perspective of Educational Equality

高校贫困生是高校里一个不容忽视的群体,其成长与成才牵动着千家万户的命运。在当前国家越来越重视教育的情况下,立足教育公平,正视贫困大学生的受教育现状,剖析高校培养贫困生教育的优势、劣势、机会及威胁,提出以贫困生为主体,从完善困难资助体系、开展心理素质提升工程、加强实践创新能力培养、搭建就业创业平台四个方面,构建"四位一体"的高校贫困生教育模式。

Students from poor families is a group that should not be ignored in universities and colleges,whose growth and success affecting the fate of millions of households. In the current situation of national increasingly attention on education and based on educational equality,the paper faces the current educational status of students from poor families and analyzes the advantage,disadvantage,opportunities and threats of the cultivation for them in universities and colleges,then proposes that we should construct the student- oriented cultivation mode of the integration of four aspects,i. e.,the perfection of student aids system for students in difficulties,the improvement engineering of students psychological quality,the enhancement of practical and innovative ability training,and the establishment of employment and self- employment platform.
