摘要
目的:研究中医抗癌扶正法治疗恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法:选取本院2013年6月-2014年6月收治的恶性肿瘤患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予常规对症支持治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用参麦注射液与华蟾素注射液进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,临床症状缓解总有效率高于对照组,KPS评分总有效率也高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医抗癌扶正法治疗恶性肿瘤的临床价值显著,在临床上值得广泛性的推广。
Objective： To study the elinlcal value of treating malignant tumor of TCM anticancer and strengthening vital energy method.Method： 100 patients with malignant tumor were selected in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 as research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 eases in each group.The control group was given routine symptomatic and supportive treatment, the observation group on the basis of control group was given the Shenmai injection and Hua Chan Su injection treatment, therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate, clinical symptoms remission rate and KPS score effective rate of observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The clinical value of TCM anticancer and strengthening vital energy in the treatment of malignant tumors is significant, it is worthy of promotion in the clinical range.
