The Status Quo of Overseas Chinese and Russian Chinese Problems(Part Ⅱ)

华人因其良好的群体性格特征及群体内部高效的组织结构,使其在东南亚国家经济发展中发挥了重要作用,在美国等发达国家的经济和科技领域也占有重要位置。俄罗斯的华人由于受到诸多社会因素的阻碍,其创造潜力没有得到很好发挥,如投资环境不良,引进高级人才条件缺乏吸引力,民众对外来移民的排斥情绪较大,对中国人口威胁的担忧心理等。目前,俄罗斯尚不具备有效整合大批移民的条件,但将来以外籍务工者身份,而不是常住居民身份大批引进中国移民是可行的和必要的。

Because of its good group characteristics and group internal efficient organization structure, Chi- nese plays an important role in economic development of Southeast Asian nations in the United States and other developed countries of the economic and technology. Chinese in Russia is hampered by many social factors and their creation potentials have not been very good play, such as the bad investment environment, Russian＇ attidude to Chinese, Russian＇ s worrries on the threat of China＇s population phenomenon and fears. At present, Russia can＇ t have the conditions of the large number of immigrants, but in the future as a foreign migrants rather than a permanent resident status of the introduction of Chinese immigrants is feasible and necessary.
