在高等教育事业快速发展的今天,高等教育内涵式发展成为时代的主旋律,制度建设以校院两级体制为重点;人才培养当以教师内涵发展为主旨;团队建设则应以科研为导向;师资队伍建设以政策制度的吸引力为目的;高校内涵式发展的实践路径应是多层次、多方向,才能实现高校跨越式发展。
