用iPad实施床边健康教育对小儿哮喘护理质量的影响

Effect of Health Education on Improving the Quality of Nursing in Children with Asthma

目的:探究加强健康教育对提高小儿哮喘护理质量的影响。方法:择取笔者所在医院2014年1月-2015年12月收治的56例哮喘患儿为本次研究对象,抽签分为对照组和研究组,每组患儿28例。对照组采用一般的临床护理途径,研究组在对照组基础上使用i Pad进行健康教育,比较分析两组患儿的护理质量。结果:研究患儿的依从性及护理效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对哮喘患儿使用i Pad加强健康教育可以明显提高临床护理效果,值得推广并应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of health education on improving the quality of nursing in children with asthma.Method： From January 2014 to December 2015, 56 children with asthma in my courtyard were selected as the object of this study, they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, each group of children was 28 cases.The control group used the general elinical nursing pathway, the research group the used the iPad to carry out health education on the basis of the control group, the nursing quality of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result： The compliance and nursing effect of the children in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For children with asthma using iPad to strengthen health education can significantly improve the clinieal nursing effect, worthy of promotion and application.
