摘要
利用FRTA爆炸极限测试仪测定三元混合液体的爆炸下限值,分析爆炸下限随混合体系组分与配比的变化规律。基于基团贡献法将混合物的基团贡献值与爆炸下限进行关联,建立线性和非线性预测模型。对两个模型的预测残差进行分析可见,预测模型在建立过程中未产生系统误差,稳定性较好。两种模型的复相关系数R2及外部预测结果 Q2均大于0.75,满足预测模型的要求(R2>0.6,Q2>0.5),可实现根据混合原子基团贡献值预测三元混合液体爆炸下限。
The LEL of ternary flammable liquid mixtures was tested by the FRTA explosion limit tester, and the variation law of the LEI. with the composition and ration was analyzed. Then based on group contribution method, the LEL and the mixed atomic group contribution values were associated with each other. Linear and nonlinear prediction models were established, and the predicted results of the different models were analyzed. Results showed that there was no system error and the models were stable, the correlation coefficient R^2 and the external predictions Q^2 of two models were bigger than 0. 75, which could fit the requirements for successful model (R^2〉 0.6, Q^2 〉0.5). It' s possible to predict LEL for the ternary flammable liquid mixtures according to the mixed atomic group contribution value.
