摘要
基于已有的文献和火灾救援实例,凝练出包含15个高层建筑火灾消防救援影响因素的体系,结合系统工程理论,建立高层建筑火灾消防救援影响因素的5级多层递阶解释结构模型(ISM)。通过分析高层建筑火灾消防救援影响因素的关系构造,获得高层建筑火灾消防救援的表层直接影响因素、中层间接影响因素和深层根本影响因素。结果显示,多层递阶解释结构模型从整体角度准确揭示了高层建筑火灾消防救援影响因素之间的层次关系,为有效地进行高层建筑火灾灭火救援提供了参考依据。
The paper exhibit the system including 15 high-rise building fire rescue factors based on existing literature and fire rescue cases, and the 5 layer hierarchical interpretative structure model (ISM) theory was established combining with the system engineering. By analyzing the relationship and structure of high-rise building fire rescue factors, we can obtain the direct factors, the middle-level indirect factors and the deep fundamental affect factors of the high-rise building fire rescue. The results showed that hierarchical interpretative structure model can accurately reveal the hierarchical relationships among the factors of high-rise building fire rescue from a holistic perspective, and provide a reference to high-rise building fire rescue.
