航空类新型高温雷达吸波材料研究进展

摘要 受使用条件及环境因素的制约,航空用雷达吸波材料具有更为严格的使用温度要求。传统高温雷达吸波材料由于存在吸收频段窄、低频吸收性能差、抗氧化性能不佳等缺点,使用受到限制。本文综述了近年来研究较多的新型高温雷达吸波材料的研究现状,包括ZnO及其复合材料、Ti_3SiC_2及其复合材料等,总结了现阶段高温雷达吸波材料研究中面临的问题,并对高温雷达吸波材料的发展方向进行了展望。 Restricted by the applied conditions and environments, aeronautical radar absorbing materials(RAMs) require more stringent temperature requirements. Due to the narrow absorbing band, poor radar absorption at lower frequency and poor oxidation resistance property, the applications of traditional high temperature RAMs are limited. In this paper, the research of some new high-temperature RAMs, such as ZnO and its composites, Ti~ SiC2 and its composites, are reviewed in detail. Problems existed in high-temperature RAMs are summarized and the future developments of high-temperature RAMs are prospected.
