大学生面试作伪的诱因—基于人格特质视角下的实证研究

摘要 本文通过理论探索构建研究模型,并用实证研究分析检验研究模型,探索大学生大五人格对面试作伪的影响以及政治技能对上述两者之间的调节作用。研究表明:大学生宜人性、责任心等特质和面试作伪之间具有显着的负相关,大学生宜人性、责任心等特质对面试作伪具有显着的预测作用,并且政治技能在大学生宜人性、责任心、神经质等特质与面试作伪之间具有调节作用,即当大学生政治技能愈低时,宜人性、责任心、神经质特质与面试作伪之间的负向关系愈强。 The article constructs models through theoretical studies and tests the model with empirical research to ex- plore the influence of the Big Five Personality on the faking in interviews and the regulatory role of political skills played between the above two. The studies have shown that: there is a significant negative correlation between undergraduates' characteristics such as agreeableness, responsibility and the faking in interviews. Undergraduates' characteristics such as agreeableness, responsibility play as a significant predictor. And political skills play a regulatory role between undergradu- ates' agreeableness, responsibility, neurotic traits and other characteristics and the faking in interviews. The lower college students" political skills are, the stronger the negative correlation between students' agreeableness, responsibility, neurotic traits and the faking in interview will be.
