近年来，我国传统外贸发展速度放缓，跨境电商却保持持续增长的态势，成为推动我国外贸经济发展的重要渠道。我国跨境电商具备很多发展机遇和优势，但也存在发展障碍和问题。现阶段，跨境电商主要存在物流、经营、支付、通关和基础服务等问题。因此，为引导和支持跨境电商发展，政府不仅需要优化通关和加强基础设施建设，企业还应积极推动物流跟进措施，鼓励经营模式创新和支付方式多样化。

In recent years, China＇ s traditional export growth has slowed down, but cross-border electronic commerce has maintained a rapid growth trend and become an important growth point of China＇ s foreign trade. Even though China＇ s cross-border electronic commerce has many opportunities and advantages, there are still some problems and obstacles. At present, cross-border electronic commerce mainly faces problems such as logistics, management, payments, clearance, ba- sic services etc. Therefore, in order to guide and support the development of cross-border electricity commerce, not only does the government need to optimize customs clearance and to strengthen infrastructure construction, but the enterprises also should actively promote the measures of logistic, encourage innovation of the management mode and diversification of payment.
