摘要
以涤纶织物为基材,以苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)为涂层剂制备涂层复合材料。分析不同涂覆量、纳米粒子含量对织物涂层前后性能的影响,以及单层涂层织物、叠层复合后防刺性能的影响。结果表明:经过涂层处理后,SBS和SEBS涂覆量分别为30%、纳米SiO2添加量为3%时,涂层织物的性能最好;经过叠层复合后,在相同的复合叠层数时,面密度大,则防刺穿性能较好;涂层整理后,SBS树脂的性能要好于SEBS树脂。
Polyester based coating composite material is prepared with SBS, SEBS and nano-silica as coating materials. The influences of coating weight and nano-silica content on the performance of the composites and single layer or laminated composite on the stab-resistance of the composites are studied. The results indicate that when the coating weight is 30% and the nano-silica content is 3%, the performance of the composites after coating is the best. The bigger the areal density is, the better the stab-resistance is with the samelaminated coating. The properties of the SBS coatings are superior to the SEBS coatings.
