摘要
设计了三因素五水平正交试验,将聚乳酸载药微球附载到聚乳酸缝合线上。测试聚乳酸载药微球附载前后聚乳酸缝合线强力的变化情况,以得到载药微球附载对强力的影响规律。通过正交试验,得到结果:当溶液浓度为5 g/mL、震荡时间为25 min、浸轧次数为3次时,附载效果最好,此时强力增加最大。
The orthogonal experiments with three factors and five levels are designed in order to attach the polylactic acid microspheres to the polylactic acid sewing thread. The strength changes of PLA sewing thread before and after drug loading PLA microspheres are discussed to obtain the relationship between drug loaded microspheres loading and the strength. The result shows that it was the best chelation effect with maximum strength increase can be received with the concentration of 5g/mL, shaking for 25 min and padding for 3 times.
