The technical keys in producing of pure cotton fine and high density Satin building blocks fabric of C J9.8 × 9.8 787 × 319 305cm are discussed. By setting a reasonable warping speed, sizing speed and loom speed, allocating appropriate warp line, changing the drawing-in method of warp changed, chosing high concentration low viscosity sizing instruction and improving the quality of the original yarn, the loom efficiency can be increased from less than 60% to 85%, fabric first-grade percentage in storage can be reached 99%, and the product quality can satisfy the customers.
