摘要
针对喷气织机织造过程中,模拟探纬装置不易调节、易被干扰、漏探率高等问题,采用反射式光电探纬器,在基于CPU控制的基础上,开发出易调节、漏探率低、实时性高的数字式探纬装置。实践结果表明:该装置操作简便、稳定性高、漏探率低,能满足纺织厂喷气织机织造的要求。
In view of uneasy adjustment, easy interference and high detection missing rate of the feeler unit in the process of air jet loom weaving, a new digital reflective photoelectric weft sensor is developed equipped with a CPU-controlled weft feeler with easy adjustment, low detection missing rate and high real-time. The practical applications show that this new device is easy operation, high stability and low detecting missing rate, which can meet the requirements for weaving with jet loom in spinning mills.
