MMP诱导因子CD147和MMP-9在胆囊癌组织中的表达及其意义

Expression and significance of MMP inducing factor CD147 and MMP-9 in gallbladder carcinoma and precancerous lesion

目的:探讨细胞外基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)诱导因子CD147、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在胆囊癌组织中表达变化及其意义。方法:2013年1月—2015年1月,切除后胆囊癌组织标本87例、40例胆囊上皮不典型增生组织标本、30例慢性胆囊炎组织标本,采用免疫组化(SP)法检测3组组织标本中CD147、MMP-9的表达情况。结果:胆囊癌组织中CD147、MMP-9蛋白阳性表达率80.46%、79.31%,均显著高于不典型增生组织的42.50%、37.50%和胆囊炎性组织的6.67%、20.00%(P<0.05);不典型增生组织中的CD147表达阳性率显著高于胆囊炎组织(P<0.05);胆囊癌组织中CD147、MMP-9蛋白阳性表达率与患者的临床Nevin分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度具有显著的关系(P<0.05)。结论 :CD147、MMP-9在胆囊癌组织中呈显著的高表达,并且与患者的临床病理特征具有一定的关系。

Objective： To investigate the expression and significance of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase （MMP） - induced factor CD147 and matrix metalloproteinase -9 （.MMP-9） in gallbladder carcinoma and precancerous lesion, Methods： Selected in January 2013 to January2015 the Institute of hepatobiliary surgery after resection of gallbladder carcinoma in 87 cases, 40 cases of gallbladder epithelial atypical hyperplasia tissues, 30 cases of chronic cholecystitis tissue specimens by immunohistochemical （SP） method for detection of three groups of specimens of CD147, MMP-9 expression. I^sults： In gallbladder carcinoma CD147 and MMP-9 protein positive expression rate of 80.46%, 79.31% were significantly higher than atypical hyperptasia tissue 42.50% and 37.50% and cholecystitis tissue 6.67%, 20.00% and the differences were significant（P〈0.05）; atypical hyperplasia tissues of CD147 expression positive rate was significantly higher than that of the chronic cholecystitis, the difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）; gallbladder carcinoma CD147, MMP-9 protein positive expression rate and the patients clinical Nevin stage, whether lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation degree has a significant relationship （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： MMP-9 and CD147 were highly expressed in gallbladder carcinoma, and had a certain re- lationship with the ctinicopathological features of the patients.
