摘要 建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钒铁中铜含量的方法。用硫酸和氢氟酸处理样品,样品溶液直接导入火焰进行测定。结果表明:在0.25-3.00 mg/L浓度范围内,体系吸光度值与铜浓度线性关系良好(线性相关系数≥0.9994),检出限为0.0029 mg/L,加标回收率为95%-105%。铜元素含量<0.01%时,RSD(n=10)<2%;铜元素含量为0.01%-0.1%时,RSD(n=10)<1%。 The method for determination of copper in Ferrovanadium was established by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The sample was treated with sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid,and the sample solution was measured directly into the flame. The results showed that the system absorbance and copper concentration had a good linear relation of 0.25-3.00 mg/L,and The linear correlation coefficient was more than 0.9994. The detection limit was 0.0029 mg/L,and the recovery rate was 95%-105%. The relative standard deviation was less than 2% when the copper content was less than 0.01%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 1% when the copper content was between 0.01% to 0.1%.
