激光治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果的Meta分析

Lasers for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer: a meta-analysis

目的系统评价激光照射治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法应用计算机检索CNKI、VIP、万方以及Pub Med等数据库激光照射治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床随机对照研究,检索时限从各数据库建库截至2015年7月。由2位研究者独立评价纳入研究的质量、提取数据。结果纳入12个研究共729例患者。Meta分析结果显示:共有6篇研究探讨了激光治疗对口腔溃疡治愈率的影响,2篇研究探讨了实施激光治疗对患者疼痛缓解影响,另有2篇研究探讨了其对治愈时间的影响,并且与对照组相比,激光治疗组能提高治愈率、缓解疼痛、缩短治愈时间(均P<0.001))。结论激光照射治疗复发性口腔溃疡,疗效好、疗程短。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of lasers for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Method Systematic retrieval of relevant literature from CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang Data and Pub Med was conducted to obtain randomized controlled trials of lasers for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer before the July 2015. Method ological quality assessment and data collection were then performed by two individual reviewers. Findings Altogether 729 patients were chosen as subjects in 12 studies reviewed. The meta-analysis showed that a total of 6 studies were carried out to investigate the effect of laser treatment on the cure rate in patients of recurrent oral ulcers,and 2 studies were carried out to investigate the effect of laser treatment on pain relief in patients of recurrent oral ulcers while another 2 studies were carried out to investigate the effect on the cure time in patients of recurrent oral ulcers. Compared with the control group,the experimental group was found to have improved cure rate,relieve pain,and the healing time also significantly decreased（ P〈0. 00001）. Conclusion Compared to the control group,lasers for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer has obvious efficacy and shorter course of treatment.
