某社区150例高血压患者治疗依从性与自我效能的相关性研究

Treatment adherence and self-efficacy: a correlative study by analyzing 150 hypertension cases from an ordinary community

目的探讨社区高血压患者治疗依从性与自我效能的关系,为提高高血压患者的用药依从性提供依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、用药依从性量表以及一般自我效能量表对150例社区高血压患者进行问卷调查和分析。结果 150名调查对象中,社区高血压患者治疗依从性良好者占35.3%,自我效能平均分为10.46±32.63分。不同文化程度、经济收入及居住方式的高血压患者间自我效能评分差异显著(均P<0.05);治疗依从性良好的患者自我效能总分、促进因子得分及障碍因子得分均显著低于依从性较差者(P<0.05);自我效能总分及促进因子得分、障碍因子得分均与治疗依从性得分呈显著负相关(均P<0.05)。结论社区高血压患者治疗依从性较差,自我效能处于中等水平,且高血压患者的自我效能与治疗依从性呈正相关。

Objective To understand the correlation of treatment adherence to self-efficacy in hypertension patients so as to develop more scientific treatment adherence for hypertension patients. Method Firstly,a general information questionnaire,a medication adherence scale and a general self-efficiency scale were used to survey 150 hypertension patients from a local community. Then,the data collected was analyzed. Findings Of the 150 cases of hypertension,the rate of superior treatment adherence was 35. 3%,where the average self-efficacy score was 10. 46 ± 32. 63 points. Level of education,level of income and living style were found to be the factors that differentiate the self-efficacy scores among the patients（ P〈0.05）. The self-efficacy scores,the promoting factor scores and obstacle factor scores of the patients with superior treatment adherence were significantly lower than those of the patients with poor adherence（ P〈0. 05）. Self-efficacy score,promoting factor score,and obstacle factor score were found to be negatively correlated to treatment adherence（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Hypertension patients in ordinary communities hold poorer treatment adherence and medium level self-efficacy.The self-efficacy of high blood pressure patients is positively correlated to treatment adherence.
