国外城镇化经验对河北省欠发达地区的启示

Revelations from the Foreign Urbanization to the Urbanization of Less-developed Regions in Hebei Province

新型城镇化建设是推动经济发展的必然要求,是保障人民幸福的前提条件。"城镇化"理论起源于国外,英美等发达国家的城镇化建设起步于经济落后的农村,由不发达逐步过渡到发达的行列,这些发达国家直至现在依然重视对欠发达农村的建设。河北省农村、山区面积广大,从某种角度来说,与其具有相似性。在新型城镇化建设蓬勃发展的今天,积极借鉴国外欠发达地区新型城镇化建设的经验和教训,将有助于河北省欠发达地区的新型城镇化健康快速发展。

The building of new-type urbanization is an inevitable requirement for promoting countries＇ economic development,and a premise to maintain people＇s livelihood. The theory of ＂Urbanization ＂originates from foreign countries. The early urbanization in developed countries such as the UK and the US were initially started from the rural areas which was quite underdeveloped. Until now,the developed countries still attach importance to the development of the less-developed rural areas. We have quite large area of vil- lages and mountainous regions which are similar to the others. With the backing of vigorous development of new- type urbanization in China, it is beneficial for the steady and fast development of less-developed rural areas in Hebei province to positively draw experience and lessons from the early rural areas＇ urbanization in foreign countries.
