促进京津冀高校大学生于河北就业的对策分析

Countermeasures of Promoting the University Students in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province to Employ in Hebei Province

人才资源是促进区域社会经济发展的根本要素,大学生是人才资源的主力军。北京、天津一直是京津冀高校大学生就业竞相追逐的地方,河北省则是相对被冷落的区域。随着京津冀协同发展战略的实施,河北省应通过改善大学生就业环境,改变经济发展方式,完善大学生就业信息网络平台和规范就业市场等,吸引京津冀高校毕业生于河北省就业,从而促进河北省经济跨越式发展。

Talent resource is the essential factor to promote the development of regional social economy,and college students are the main force of human resources. However, Beijing and Tianjin are the places that university students of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are always chasing ,Hebei province is relatively neglected area. With the implementa- tion of the development strategy in Beijing,Tianjin and hebei, Hebei Province should seize the opportunity,through the improvement of College Students＂ employment environ- merit,changing the economic growth pattern and improving the college students employment information in network platform and standardizing the employment market to attract college graduates to employ in Hebei Province, so as to promote the economic to develop by leaps and bounds in Hebei Province.
