摘要
通过分析民办高校教学秘书队伍专业化发展现状,提出了教学秘书人员应必备的"五种"能力和"两项"素质,进而提出了建立"专业化发展的标准体系"、完善"专业化发展的培训体系"、构建"专业化发展的薪酬激励体系"的教学秘书队伍建设的具体措施。
Based on an analysis over current development of professional teaching secretaries in private universities,the paper concluded that a teaching secretary should be equipped with "5 types of capabilities"and "2 types of qualities". Furthermore,it proposed a "standard system for specialization"plus a "training system for professional development " supported by a "incentive salary mechanism for professional development".
