我国旅游企业上市融资困境分析及其对策研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来我国旅游业发展迅猛,旅游消费成为拉动国内经济增长新引擎,面临的国内外市场竞争也将更为激烈。促进旅游融资、提升国际竞争力成为我国旅游企业发展重大战略,由此而来的旅游企业上市融资的系列问题值得探讨。通过对我国旅游企业融资现状、融资需求、融资困境进行分析就如何促进我国旅游企业上市融资,提出了创造条件引导企业进入资本市场、普及上市法规制度、规范健全旅游企业运营管理制度、适应资本市场需要、借力各大板块、拓展上市融资空间等对策。 As travelling consumption becomes a new engine for China's domestic economic growth with the rapid development of the entire tourism industry,travelling firms are confronted with more fierce competition at home and abroad. This requires that series of financing problems occurring to various companies in the industry have to addressed when they adopt international competitive edge promotion through public financing as a strategy of significance for their further development. The study,based on an analysis over current status,requirements and difficulties of travelling firms financing,proposed relevant strategies such as guiding them into capital market with favorable conditions, promulgating relevant laws on public financing,standardizing and perfecting company operation and management system, adapting to the requirements of capital market,gaining aids from various sections of stock market to expand financing space,etc. to speed up financing from stock market of these firms.
