摘要
面对高校大学毕业生就业压力大的形势,高校应转变人才培养观念,改革人才培养模式,调整优化人才培养方案,建构科学合理的实践教学体系,搭建循序渐进的实践平台,增强学生的综合素质,从而促进大学生就业。
To cope with increasing employment pressure on university students,universities shall have to seek a solution through adapted ideas and reformed modes of talent cultivation,optimized cultivation programs,scientific and rational practical teaching systems as well as practical platforms to improve students＇ comprehensive qualities gradually.
