一种新型膨胀阻燃剂的合成及与层状双氢氧化物复合阻燃LLDPE 被引量:2

摘要 一种新型膨胀阻燃剂(IFR)螺环磷酸酯缩硝基胍(SPDD)和4种有机修饰的有机层状双氢氧化物(OLDH)被成功合成.通过熔融混合法,LLDPE/IFR和LLDPE/IFR/OLDHs复合物被制备出来.XRD显示OLDHs的片层已经被剥离,得到LLDPE/IFR/OLDH纳米复合物.TGA数据显示SPDD提高了LLDPE的热稳定性.氧指数(LOI)数据表明SPDD明显提高了LLDPE的阻燃性.4份OLDHs取代SPDD不能增加复合物的热稳定性和阻燃性.扫描电镜(SEM)显示,对比LLDPE/IFR/OLDHs样品,LLDPE/IFR(30%)膨胀炭层表面有许多球状膨胀的气泡. A novel IFR of spirocyclic pentaerythritol diphosphonate dinitroguanidine (SPDD) and four organically modified layered double hydroxides (OLDH) were successfully synthesized. LLDPE/IFR and LLDPE/IFR/OLDHs were also prepared by melt mixture method. XRD showed that layers of OLDHs had been exfoliated in LLDPE/IFR/OLDH nanocomposites. TGA data showed thermal stability of LLDPE was improved greatly with SPDD. LOI tests indicated flame retardancy of LLDPE was increased obviously with SPDD. The substitute of 4 percent SPDD with OLDHs retardancy of composites. SEM showed surface had more sphere-like swollen bubbles compared couldn't increase thermal stability and flame of intumescent chars of LLDPE/IFR(30%) with other samples.
