介绍了工业建筑中低温余热回收实例,包括烟气余热回收和循环冷却水余热回收。烟气余热回收采用余热锅炉,循环冷却水余热回收采用直接换热系统。通过合理利用烟气余热及循环冷却水余热,提高了生产线的能源利用效率,降低了天然气的消耗,满足工业绿色建筑设计要求。重点介绍了余热系统中烟气余热量的计算、余热锅炉的选型与设计、烟气不稳定情况下的余热回收方法等。
Presents the practical utilization of industrial mid and low temperature waste heat, including flue gas waste heat recovery and cooling water waste heat recovery. The waste heat boiler covers flue gas waste heat, while heat exchange system for cooling water waste heat recovery. The appropriate utilization of gas waste heat and cooling water waste heat improves the energy efficiency of the production line, reduces the consumption of natural gas, and satisfies the requirement of industrial green building design. Presents the waste heat capacity calculation, selection and design of waste heat boiler and waste heat recovery methods in the unstable smoke condition.
