摘要 定向天线是提高无线Mesh网络信道带宽利用率的有效途径,但节点定向传输数据可带来"聋"和定向隐终端等问题。为此,提出一种无线Mesh网络定向时分媒质接入控制(MAC)协议。该协议采用节点并发传输链路调度算法实现全网定向链路传输容量的最大化,有效保证业务流之间的公平性。将全网节点时间轴同步划分为连续的定长时帧,每个时帧分为调度子时帧和传输子时帧。节点在调度子时帧中通过信道侦听完成链路调度,在传输子时帧中实现定向并发传输。仿真结果表明,与现有典型的基本定向媒质接入控制协议Basic DMAC相比,该协议可以提高网络吞吐量,并具有更好的链路公平性。 Using directional antennas is a valid method to improve bandwidth utilization in wireless Mesh networks. However, this brings new Medium Access Control(MAC) problems, such as deafness and new hidden terminals. To solve these problems,a novel time-division MAC protocol based on link scheduling for directional wireless Mesh networks is proposed. It uses an effective algorithm for concurrent transmissions to maximize network capacity and provide per-link fairness. In the protocol, time is divided into continuous frames of constant length and each frame consists of a scheduling subframe and a transmission one. Nodes perform channel sensing during the scheduling subframe and transmit packets in parallel during the transmission subframe. Simulation results show that compared with the typical Basic DMAC scheme, the proposed MAC protocol achieves significant improvement in network throughput and provides better per-link fairness.
