喷液量和内压比对单螺杆压缩机排气孔口设计的影响

摘要 分析了单螺杆压缩机中喷液量和内压比对排气孔口位置的影响。计算在不同喷液量和内压比时,开始排气角、排气提前角以及沿螺杆轴向排气孔口边长。通过分析得出:内压比的增加使开始排气角增大,排气起始位置向排气端移动,沿螺杆轴向排气孔口边长减小,排气孔口面积减小;喷液量的增加使开始排气角提前,排气起始位置向进气端移动,沿螺杆轴向排气孔口边长增大,排气孔口面积增大。该分析结果为压缩机的设计提供了理论依据。 In this paper, the effect of liquid injection and inner compressor pressure on the discharge port design of single screw com-pressor is analyzed. The exhaust start angle and exhaust advance angle are calculated under different liquid injection volume and in-ner compression pressure, the length of discharge port along the screw axial is also analyzed. The analysis shows that the exhaust start angle increases, the start position of discharge moves to the discharge side, the length along screw shaft discharge port decreases and the area of exhaust port decreases, with the increase of the inner compression pressure; and the exhaust start angle advances, the start position of discharge moves to the inlet side, the length along the screw shaft discharge port increases and the area of exhaust port increases, with the increase of liquid injection. The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for compressor design.
