摘要
在同步回转多相混输泵热力学和动力学研究的基础上,建立了混输泵结构优化的数学模型。选取相对偏心距和气缸的长径比作为设计变量,效率作为目标函数,采用复合形法对混输泵进行了结构优化研究。研究发现:不同含气率的场合使用不同外形特征的结构参数有助于提高泵的性能,同步回转多相混输泵的优化研究为不同含气率的工作条件下混输泵的结构设计提供了理论依据。
Based on the study of thermodynamics and kinetics of the Synchronal Rotary Multiphase Pumps (SRMP), an optimization model was developed. Relative eccentricity and slenderness ratio were selected as design variables, efficiency as objective function, using complex method to optimize the structure of SRMP. The study finds that using different shape characteristics under different GVF helps to improve the performance. The optimization study of SRMP provides a theoretical basis for the design of SRMP under different GVF.
