空压机组气量调节的智能控制

摘要 空压机是水泥厂的主要耗电设备之一,其运行时间长,耗电量大,故对空压机组进行工况优化是至关重要的。针对水泥厂空压机组,设计出一种新的气量调节的智能控制方法,使空压机组的排气量能根据用户的实际需气量实现大范围的自动无级调节,保证压缩机组排气量的充分利用和系统管网压力稳定。 Air compressor is one of the important equipment in cement plant whose power consumption is very large and has a long running time, so it is of vital importance to optimize working condition of air compressor unit. In view of the air compressor unit in cement factory, a kind of new intelligent control method of gas regulation was designed, which can achieve a wide range of automatic stepless adjustment of the air compressor unit displacement according to the user's actual air demand, ensure the compressor system pipe network pressure and make full use of the stability of the displacement.
