我国医院质量管理现状及对策分析

Analysis on status and countermeasures of hospital quality management in China

本文以"医院质量管理"、"质量管理"和"医院管理"为关键词检索中国知网、万方、维普等数据库,从分析我国医院质量管理的现状和问题入手,提出推进质量管理的法制化、完善医院质量管理组织体系、建立系统化质量培训体系、引入第三方质量评审、加强医院信息化建设等具体措施,为改进医院质量管理工作提供理论依据。

This paper was wrote based on searching the following databases, including CNKI, WANFANG, WEIPU, etc, of which ＂hospital quality management＂, ＂quality management＂ and ＂hospital management＂ were as the keywords. Through the analysis of the status and problems of hospital quality management in China, propose practical measures of promoting the legalization of the quality management, perfecting the hospital quality management system, establishing the systematic quality training, introducing a third party quality inspection, enhancing the hospital informatization construction. And then provide a theoretical basis to improve hospital quality management.
