南京市高一学生父亲烟草使用及子女劝阻干预的效果研究

Study on the status of tobacco use of fresh students of high middle school and their children discourage and intervention in Nanjing

[目的]了解高一学生父亲的烟草使用情况与子女劝阻的作用,为开发家庭控烟干预提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取了南京市4城区7所高中的443名高一学生父亲进行问卷调查。[结果]父亲的吸烟率为76.5%,约40%的吸烟者吸烟不回避子女。偶尔吸烟者比规律吸烟者更可能因"烟草对其家人和自身的健康风险"而考虑戒烟,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。3/5的吸烟者不担心自己吸烟可能会导致子女吸烟。83.8%的调查者子女劝阻过父亲戒烟,其中72.5%的父亲能听取劝阻意见。偶尔吸烟者以考虑戒烟为主,规律吸烟者主要做出减少吸烟量和不在子女面前吸烟的让步。[结论]父亲的控烟干预应引起重视。子女劝阻可以起到积极作用,但方式方法需要得到指导和训练。

Objective To know the status of tobacco use of fresh students of high middle school and the function of their children discourage so as to provide the evidence for developing family smoking -free interventions. Methods The stratified cluster sampling Methods were used, and 443 fathers of fresh students of high middle school in 4 districts and 7 high schools were selected and investigated by questionnaire survey. Results The overall rate of smoking among fathers was 76. 5%, and about 40% of smokers would not avoid children when they were smoking. Comparing with the regular smoker, the occasional smokers were more hkely to quit smoking if they understand that tobacco was a health risk for their family mem- bers and themselves （ P 〈 0. 001 ） . The difference had statistical significance. Three - fifths smokers did not worried about that their smoking behavior would lead to their children＇s smoking. 83.8% investigators＇ children had discouraged their fathers to give up smoking, which made 72. 5% father smokers tought about smoking control. Most of occasional smokers would considered to complete cessation, while regular smoker would made a concession of smoking less and avoiding children. Conclusions It should be paid more attention to fathers＇ tobacco use control. Children＇s smoking cessation advice would be a more effective intervention if the children were trained by advanced health education Methods.
