摘要
本文分析了脉冲电压作用下变频电机绝缘材料的关键性能。在高频脉冲电压作用下,电机绕组匝间绝缘产生的强烈局部放电,是导致变频电机绝缘破坏的主要原因。空间电荷在介质内部的分布特性,决定了介质的老化状态。热降解过程中,分子链断裂的同时生成离子基团以及气态小分子产物,加速了材料劣化过程。最后,总结了纳米改性聚酰亚胺薄膜的研究进展。
The key characteristics of insulating material for inverter-fed traction motor were analyzed in this paper. The intensive partial discharge (PD) produced by inerturn insulation of motor winding under high-frequency impulse voltage is the main reason of insulation breakdown in motors. The ageing status of dielectrics is determined by the distribution characteristics of space charge. During the thermal decom- position process, the molecular chains break and produce ionic groups and gaseous products, which accel- erate the degradation process. Finally, the research progress of nano-modified polyimide films was summa- rized.
