摘要
针对目前中压XLPE电缆附件安装过程中容易出现的问题,提出一种基于施涂RTV硅橡胶的中压电缆中间接头安装工艺方法,旨在消除现场施工缺陷对电缆绝缘性能造成的影响。通过搭建接头典型缺陷试验平台,进行耐压、局放、防水、沿面绝缘、粘接压力等试验,验证改进工艺的可行性与安全性。结果表明:该工艺不仅提高了电缆接头的运行可靠性,还降低了现场安装技术难度。
In view of the problems appeared in the installation process of mid-voltage XLPE cable acces- sories, a new method to install cable joint based on RTV silicone rubber was put forward, aiming at eliminating the influence caused by insulation defects in the installation process. A typical defect test sys- tem was built, and the voltage withstand test, partial discharge test, water-resistance test, surface flashover test, and bonding test were conducted, then the feasibility and safety of the improved technology was ver- ified. The results show that the technology not only improves the operation reliability of cable joint, but also reduces the technical difficulty in the installation.
