在去产能过程中,人员的分流安置问题涉及到职工最大的经济权益。工会要运用法治思维,通过集体协商这个重要手段,从"勇气"、"立场"、"能力"、"策略"四个方面,来推进集体协商顺利、有效的开展。
In the process of de-capacity, dispersive staff resettlement may involve staff' s maximum economic rights and interests. So, the trade union should boost the smooth and effective implementation of collective consultation, a very important means, from a perspective of "courage", "standpoint", "ability" and "strategy" by law
