多年来,天津石化公司烯烃部工会坚持"组织起来、切实维权"的工会工作方针,按照"围绕一条主线、抓住两个重点、深化三项工程、营造四个环境、打造五个品牌、建设六型工会"的工作思路,促进工会工作持续有效开展,为努力创建党委放心、行政满意、职工信赖的"职工之家"提供了有力保障。

Over the years, the trade union of Olefin Department of Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation has kept promoting the persistent and effective implementation of trade union work by adhering to the work policy of ＂getting organized and safeguarding rights practically＂ and the work idea of ＂centering around one main line, focusing on two key points, deepening three proiects, setting up four environments, creating five brands, and establishing a six-pattern trade union＂ , providing a strong guarantee for creation of a staff home reassuring to the party committee, satisfactory to the administrative department and reliable to the staff.
