摘要
韩国高等教育高校采取政府、社会和学校相互渗透、互为制约、互为纾解的人事管理机制,既达到依法依规管理人事的目的,也最大限度地保障了教师的合法权益。中国高校应借鉴韩国高校人事管理的机制,建立健全高校人事管理的相关制度,提升教师地位,提高教师对人事管理的参与度,试验高校人事管理的第三方化。
Human resource management in South Korea higher education has adopted a mechanics interactively functioned by government, community and university itself. Such a mechanics can guarantee the management of human resources by law and protect the interests of the faculties as well. China' s high education should learn from such a mechanics in South Korea and make efforts to perfect its human resource management system. Faculties should function more and be involved deeper in human resource management. Third party could be introduced into human resource management.
