仙茅苷的超声辅助回流提取工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 优选中华仙茅中仙茅苷的提取工艺。通过单因素试验和Box-Benhnken试验设计,确定仙茅苷超声辅助回流提取的最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度80%、提取功率320W、料液比1∶10;通过高效液相色谱分析与响应面分析,得到的超声辅助回流法提取仙茅苷的分析预测提取率为161.26mg/100g,通过实验验证得到实际值为160.82mg/100g。软件分析与实验提取工艺优化的结果相差极小,工艺优化参数较好。 Optimal Choosing Chinese Curculigo curculigoside extraction process. Through single factor and Box - Behnken experimental design to determine curculigoside ultrasonic assisted reflux extraction experiment's optimum parameters, the ethanol concentration is 80%, the extraction power is 320W, solid- liquid ratio is 1 : lO;By HPLC analysis and Response Surface analysis,analysis of the resulting ultrasound - assisted re- flux extraction curculigoside extraction rate was 161.26mg/100g, under the conditions of extracting power of 320W, ethanol concentration was 80%, solid- liquid ratio of 1 : 10, experimental validation of the actual value was 160.82mg/100g. Software analysis and experimental results of extraction process optimization had minimal difference, thus, this process parameter optimization is suitable.
