教育现代化背景下大学生创新创业能力的培养研究

Education under the Background of Modern College Students' Innovative Ability Cultivation of Research

随着我国经济体制改革的深化和产业结构的调整,我国对创新创业人才的需求越来越多。教育现代化背景下,高等院校作为人才培养的重要教育基地,不仅仅要注重对学生的基本理论、知识技能的培养,同时需要注重学生创新创业能力的培养。这就需要高校就业指导部门与教育教学工作部门形成互助关系,采用相应的改进策略不断提升学生的创新创业能力。本文针对教育现代化背景下学生创新创业能力的现状,进一步探讨了相应的培养策略。

With the deepening of China＇s economic system reform and the adjustment of industrial structure, more and more demand for innovative entrepreneurial talent. Education under the background of modernization, institutions of higher learning as an important education of talent training base, not only should pay attention to the cultivation of student＇s basic theory, knowledge, skills, and also need to pay attention to the cultivation of students＇ innovative ability. This would require the university employment guidance and education teaching departments form a mutual relationship, adopts the corresponding improvement strategy to improve the students＇ innovation ability. In this paper the present situation of the students＇ innovative entrepreneurship education modernization background, further discusses the training strategies accordingly.
