经济新常态下,经济增长速度换挡、经济结构优化、经济增长动力转化增加了当前整个社会的就业压力。促进创业带动就业,尤其是促进大学生农村创业带就业不仅可以解决农民工结构性失业、农村隐性失业的问题,而且对于促进农村经济发展和实现农业现代化具有重要意义。在农业产业经济拉动和国家政策推动的双重作用下,当前大学生农村创业前景乐观,但创业比例依然较低,面临种种困境,亟需从社会、学校、个人三个层面支持和引导大学生农村创业,从而实现创业带动就业的倍增效应。
