With the further development of our country＇s poverty alleviation work, Culture of the deep constraints of the poor areas have become increasingly prominent, especially in rural areas. Years of poverty alleviation practice has also proved that the quality of poor people, values and their way of life determined the fate of the people in a deeper level .
