摘要
基于目前全日制专业学位研究生的实践能力现状,探索发挥"双导师制"的优势,采取"双库(校外实践基地库和校外导师库)制、双导师资格选聘制、双导师沟通指导制、双导师指导过程监督制、双导师指导绩效考核制等措施,提高研究生的实践能力。
Abstract: This research tries to explore the preferable approach of double tutorial system for the cultivation of innovative graduate students that attaches much significance to the practical skills of professional graduates, It examines the dual tutorial system which highlights the realms of off-campus internship basis and tutors, qualified employment, communication and supervision, process control, and performance assessment, to enhance the cultivation of graduate students' practical skills.
