新中国成立前后皖西北地区的私塾改造

The Transformation of Private Schools around Northwest Anhui before and after the Founding of New China

新中国成立前后,皖西北地区私塾依然有一定数量的存在。1947-1949年该地区的私塾数量逐渐增加,中共领导下的解放区政权实施私塾改造政策,部分私塾被改造为民办小学,私塾改造取得了一定成绩;1949年新中国成立后,皖西北地区的私塾改造进一步加大了力度,到1952年底私塾基本退出了历史舞台。

There still were some private schools around northwest of Anhui before and after the founding of New China. The number of private schools was increasing from 1947 to 1949. Measures were taken by the New Government to transform the private schools. The private schools were actually regulated after the founding of New China, and finally eliminated by the end of 1952.
