优质护理服务理念在门诊护理工作中的探索与实践 被引量:14

摘要 目的:观察分析在门诊开展优质护理服务活动的方法与实践应用效果。方法:选取在外科门诊中开展优质护理服务理念实践活动前后1个月各100例患者分别作为对照组和观察组,对比两组患者的就诊等候时间以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的平均挂号等候时间、交费取药时间及相关检查等候时间都明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理服务总满意率为97%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊护理工作中开展优质护理服务理念实践活动,有利于增强护理人员的主动服务意识,大大提高了门诊治疗的效率和效果,值得推广应用。
