Design and research of a new type of numerical control grinding tool for the star channel

本文对某石化产品人孔法兰八角槽密封面加工工艺进行了深入研究,确定出了大直径八角槽密封面研磨的技术难点,设计出了一种新型八角槽研磨工具,结合数控镗铣床进行研磨,提高了产品精度,保证了生产周期。

In this paper, it was deeply studied that a petrochemical product manhole flange of the star channel sealing surface processing technology, determined the technical difficulty of grinding the star channel sealing surface of the large diameter, designed a new type of the star channel grinding tool, grinded the star channel combining with the CNC boring and milling machine, improved the accuracy of the product, ensured the production cycle.
