摘要
文章结合高密度聚乙烯装置大型铝镁合金料仓现场制造实际,介绍了从焊接材料选用、坡口形式确定、焊接工艺评定、实际施焊工艺参数选择、焊接操作、质量检查等环节所采取的质量控制措施。尤其在施工现场气温较低露天作业的情况下,采用双面同步钨极氩弧焊接技术,解决了铝镁合金板材焊接过程中散热快、焊缝外观成型差的问题,提高了焊缝内在质量和焊缝表面成型质量,为大型铝镁合金料仓现场制造安装积累了经验。
