5052铝镁合金料仓焊接质量控制

摘要 文章结合高密度聚乙烯装置大型铝镁合金料仓现场制造实际,介绍了从焊接材料选用、坡口形式确定、焊接工艺评定、实际施焊工艺参数选择、焊接操作、质量检查等环节所采取的质量控制措施。尤其在施工现场气温较低露天作业的情况下,采用双面同步钨极氩弧焊接技术,解决了铝镁合金板材焊接过程中散热快、焊缝外观成型差的问题,提高了焊缝内在质量和焊缝表面成型质量,为大型铝镁合金料仓现场制造安装积累了经验。 The combination of high density polyethylene plant large aluminum magnesium alloy silo field actual manufacturing, are introduced from the selection of welding material, groove type determined welding procedure qualification, taken by the real welding process parameters, the welding operation, quality inspection and other aspects of the quality control measures. Especially in the construction site with low temperature working in the open air, the double sided synchronous tungsten argon arc welding technology, solve the aluminum magnesium alloy sheet welding in the process of fast heat dissipation, bad appearance of weld and improve the weld inner quality and the surface of weld quality, and accumulates experience for large aluminum magnesium alloy silo field manufacture and assembly.
