摘要
基于可靠性的配网规划,即规划向一个城市分配和供应电能的电力网,以满足城市的经济发展情况及其供电要求。本文将停电原因进行分析归类,基于网络结构、设备状况、技术水平和管理情况四个可靠性影响因素,提出了一套配网评价指标体系,通过横向及纵向的对比,制定合理的可靠性发展目标,最终确定规划方案。实例表明该方法具有一定的实用性。
Based on the reliability of the distribution network planning, a city that is planning to distribution and supply of electricity power grid to meet the requirements of economic development and the city’s power supply. This article will analyze the causes of power failures are classiifed, based on four factors affecting the reliability of the network structure, equipment status, technical and management level, a set of evaluation index system with the network, through horizontal and vertical contrast to develop a reasonable reliability development goals, ifnalize planning. Examples show that the method has a certain practicality.
