解调仪通信接口识别与串扰隔离

摘要 为提高设备的通用性,设计一种光纤Bragg光栅解调仪串口和USB口通信的接口识别与串扰隔离电路。该电路主要由反相器集成电路74HC14、模拟开关集成电路74HC4066和比较器LM324组成,由解调仪自带的电源转换模块供电,实现U口识别和上电自动通信的功能。通过分析USB/RS232转换原理和FBG解调仪内部元器件的电气特性,并利用示波器对串口通信时数据接收端(RXD)和发送端(TXD)的电平分别进行检测,验证了该电路的通信接口串扰隔离作用,提高了上位机接收数据的可靠性。 The high-voltage switch cabinet is an important electrical equipment in power plants and substation, in the process of long-term operation of the equipment, In the switch cabinet static contact attaches and bus line connection in areas such as easy for oxidation and loose factors such as too much contact resistance and heat, form a vicious circle, And these heating parts become the failure accident hidden trouble, according to the high voltage switch cabinet of high pressure and strong magnetic ifeld work environment, bragg grating is put forward based on optical ifber sensing technology on-line monitoring contact temperature measurement scheme, realize the high voltage switch cabinet of contact temperature real-time on-line monitoring.
