摘要
赢得值法(EVM)作为一项先进的项目管理技术,广泛运用于各类工程项目的费用和进度综合分析控制.本文从EPC总承包特点出发,借助当前在项目管理实践中广泛应用的P6软件,结合赢得值法的相关理论,通过相关案例,阐述了在EPC工程总承包项目中采用P6软件进行赢得值管理的作用和意义.
As an advanced project management technology,the EVM( Earned Value Management) is widely adopted in cost,schedule analysis and control of all kinds of engineering projects. Based on the EPC( Engineering Procurement Construction) and the widely used P6 software,this paper describes the function and significance of the P6 software for EPC projects by the relevant cases.
