胃组织中水通道蛋白表达及药物干预的思考 被引量:1

摘要 水通道蛋白(AQPs)是一组与水及部分小分子通透相关的细胞膜转运蛋白。在胃相关疾病的研究中,AQPs的作用日益引起人们的注视。AQPs不仅可以参与水分转运及胃液的生成,而且与相关疾病的发生发展和防治有关。通过探讨AQPs在胃组织中的表达及药物干预的作用,思考中医药通过AQP治疗胃炎的思路,以期为相关疾病的临床治疗提供新思路和视角。
